Phone Support:

Solutionwhere provides user support from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.

Upgrades:

Solutionwhere releases major upgrades to subscription clients at no cost on an ongoing basis. We will make every effort to incorporate client's enhancement requests into future upgrades, assuming those requests will benefit all Wisdomwhere and Coursewhere users.

Training:

Solutionwhere provides software training for Wisdomwhere and Coursewhere as part of the setup process. Whether it’s running special reports or a feature that needs more explanation, we want your experience with our software and support to be excellent.

Hosting:

Solutionwhere provides Wisdomwhere and Coursewhere hosting services and includes:

  • Dedicated Internet application server with Wisdomwhere and Coursewhere application software
  • Access to the application by subscription 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Solutionwhere reserves the right to bring servers down outside of business hours for maintenance when and if needed
  • Internet connectivity to the database
  • Appropriate bandwidth and CPU resources for client access
  • Trained and certified software support specialists
  • Daily database back-ups
